​In 2015, I found myself in an abusive relationship where I ended up experiencing a molar pregnancy that required me to go through nearly a year of rigorous chemotherapy to heal. During this time, my womb showed me how my trauma was manifesting as illness and how my acceptance of abuse was also an acceptance of suffering. The cancer quickly spread throughout my body. Neither my OB or my oncologist had ever really seen a molar pregnancy become so aggressive and I was told that I probably wouldn't be able to have children. As you can probably assume from the photos on this website, that wasn't the case, as I now have two healthy, beautiful boys. That experience radicalized me. I knew that I had the power to change my reality. I knew that I had the power to heal, to thrive. My womb showed my the way out and through and brought me to the beautiful life of joy, love, and health that I now live.

One year into remission, I found out about the magical world of Doulas and birth keepers. I can still recall the full body chills that ran through me when I realized, that's IT. One year later, after taking my first birth doula training through Birth Arts International, I found myself pregnant with my first son. His birth really sparked my passion for all things pregnancy and womb wellness and I haven't looked back since. I have been hungrily absorbing as much knowledge as I can find about herbal, ancestral, and spiritual wellness for many years and somehow I still feel excited when I learn something new. I've cross trained through various organizations and gained a multitude of certifications in order to offer well rounded, well informed care to women that will carry them through generations.

I've learned so much through my many years of offering spiritual sanctuary for people experiencing the transformative journeys of joy, love, loss, grief, evolution, and all the other really beautiful (and sometimes ugly) parts of humanity, but my biggest takeaway is this; pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are by far the most potent portals of transformation a person will journey through in their life.​​ The portals we access through our womb's work are filled with deep waters of potential that can carry us down many pathways and when we are brave enough to tap into our innate inner wisdom and set sail on those waves, we can birth anything.​ No two paths are the same and each person on this journey requires special care and attention. I'm honored to provide compassionate, spirit led support to my clients no matter where their unique pathway may lead and no matter who they may become along the way. ​
