Cancellation Policy

No same-day appointments, sessions must be booked with at least 24 hours advanced notice. To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment time. Non-emergency cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will be billed at 100% of the service cost to account for time that could have been given to another client. In the event that you are late, I will stay in the Zoom meeting until 15 minutes after your scheduled time, after which I will end the meeting and we will have to reschedule for another day. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be marked as a no show and billed at 100% of the original service cost. Appointments will end at the original time booked and will not be extended to account for late arrivals.
