Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice, it is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.  ​Reiki energy transcends distance and time and can be transmitted anywhere, any time. ​
 

Reiki has many benefits and is specific to each recipient. Some proven benefits are relief of pain, fatigue, anxiety, and depression, enhanced quality of life, increase to overall wellbeing, and more balanced spiritual life. Reiki doesn't have any harmful effects of risks.

In person reiki sessions are deeply relaxing and transformative, taking place on a heated healing table underneath a thick breathable blanket. We'll start our healing session with guided meditation and breathwork to help you relax into receptivity and get the most benefit from the reiki energy we'll share together.

Gently placed crystals and relaxing aromatherapy add to the serenity and act as divine conduits of Gaia's medicine. 

During our session, you may feel relaxing sensations of warmth, cold, or tingling, or nothing at all.. The energy goes where it is meant to in order to heal for your highest good which can manifest as an emotional or physical response.

As the session draws to a close, we'll spend plenty of time gently guiding you back to your body and reviewing any of the channeled information that comes through.
