Doula the Doula - Healing Circle

Dear Doula, 

You spend so much time and energy taking care of families in your community, it's time to let yourself be taken care of for a change!

During this hour long, group healing session, we'll spend time sharing any stories that feel heavy on our hearts and hold space to process the deep emotions that come with this work. 

Then we'll get ourselves comfortable before diving into an immersive guided meditation and light breathwork session that will help us deeply relax in preparation to receive an intuitive Reiki energy healing.
